Standard Units
Our standard units are individually alarmed. These units are available in the following sizes:

- 10 x 15 – 150 square feet – starting at $135/mo
- 10 x 20 – 200 square feet – starting at $145/mo

- 10 x 30 – 300 square feet – starting at $195/mo
Climate Controlled Units
Our climate controlled units are also individually alarmed. These units are kept cool in the summer and heated in the winter, making them ideal for storing environmentally sensitive items. We use central air conditioning rather than evaporative coolers making issues such as condensation and mold non-existent. These climate controlled units are enclosed which provides further protection from dust and pests. The hallways are extra wide, ensuring that you can easily transport large items to and from your storage unit.

Enclosed RV and Boat Units
Also individually alarmed, our boat and RV storage units include their own security access keypads.

- 14 x 60 (pull through) – starting at $350/mo
Outdoor Car and Boat Spaces
Our facility also has outdoor parking spaces for your car, boat trailer, or other vehicles. All spaces are fully paved and located within the perimeter fence.
- 9 x 22 – starting at $75/mo for car ($105 for RV)
